About Donna
Donna is the founder of Donna Kim Coaching LLC. After spending 25 years in the corporate trenches, she has honed her expertise in developing senior leaders across a diverse range of industries, from Fortune 500 corporations to high-growth startups. Donna has encountered a multitude of complex systems and organizational dynamics- both inside-out and outside-in. She has worked extensively within large and small enterprises as an individual contributor, a manager, team leader, management executive, and a business advisor and coach. Her breadth of experience includes leading and implementing organizational strategy, talent operations, and leadership development and top team performance. Donna blends practical business acumen and a deep understanding of leadership behavior to help you clarify your purpose and propel you into the future that you want to live by design.

Prior to founding Donna Kim Coaching LLC, Donna was a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry in the Leadership & Professional Development practice where she coached of hundreds of high performing senior executives in Technology, Retail and Financial sectors.
Additionally, Donna spent 20 years at EY working with global client services Partners and management teams driving leadership transitions, implementing new strategies and optimizing organizational growth and performance.
Donna holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She obtained her coaching credential from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California, and earned her MBA and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, both from the University of Southern California (USC). She has a deep love of cooking, travel and music. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
